Peter J. Pelensky - President, CEOPeter J. Pelensky is a professional petroleum engineer with over 25 years experience in drilling, operations, production and exploitation. He has served in a number of senior roles with Canadian and international companies, including: COO of BrazAlta Resources from 2006 until 2008; VP Operations at Sequoia Oil and Gas Trust from 2005 until 2006; and VP Engineering with Energy North from 1999 until 2005 when it was acquired by Sequoia. Prior thereto, Mr. Pelensky worked internationally as an Operations Manager for Anglo Albanian Petroleum and Ranger Oil. His previous postings also included Manager of Operations and Engineering at ELAN Energy, which was sold to Ranger in 1997. Mr. Pelensky has 8.5 years of heavy oil experience in Western Canada and internationally with Anglo Albanian Petroleum, ELAN Energy (Cactus Lake) and Sceptre (Tangleflags).

Paul E. Belliveau - Vice President Finance, CFOPaul E. Belliveau was appointed Vice President Finance, CFO of Bronco in June, 2009. He has extensive experience in this role and in the oil and gas industry. He has previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sequoia Oil & Gas Trust (2005 - 2006), NAL Oil & Gas Trust (2003 - 2005) and Alliance Pipeline Ltd. (2001 - 2003). Prior thereto, Mr. Belliveau spent 20 years in progressively senior positions with Mobil Oil Corporation, which included assignments in the United States and Indonesia. Mr. Belliveau holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Mary's University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Larry Holman - Vice President, Operations & Business DevelopmentMr. Holman has over 28 years of diversified experience in the oil & gas industry. He gained his initial practical down hole and wire line experience with Homco International (1979 to 1982). From 1982 to 2003, his career included Purchasing Agent, Materials Manager, Project Manager, and Construction Supervisor with Murphy Oil Co. Ltd. Currently, Mr. Holman is also the President of Narad Consulting Ltd., a company which provided sales consulting services to companies such as Corlac Industries, National Oilwell and Universal Industries from 2003 to 2005. In 2004, Mr. Holman was one of the founding shareholders of Reel Technologies Corporation which designed and manufactured various pipeline injectors to enhance pipeline remediation techniques in the energy sector.

Calvin Yau - ControllerMr. Yau joined Bronco Energy in April 2007 as its Controller. Prior thereto, Mr. Yau was Senior Financial Analyst of Daylight Resources Trust or its predecessors since January 2005. Prior thereto, Mr. Yau held various positions with Grant Thornton LLP. Mr. Yau graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Ralph GibsonBronco has secured the part time services of Mr. Ralph Gibson to ensure maximum value is realized for our Bitumen production.
Mr. Gibson has over 20 years experience in international energy marketing. He most recently served as VP, Marketing for Baytex Energy Trust (2001- 2006) where he was responsible for all aspects of the Company's crude oil and natural gas sales portfolio, including transportation commitments. Prior thereto, he was VP, Marketing with Ranger Oil Limited (1997 - 2000) and ELAN Energy Ltd. (1993 - 1997), and served in various Marketing and Finance roles with Mobil Oil Canada (1980 - 1993). Mr. Gibson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan. |
