Jim Dinning (1)(2)(3)Chairman of the Board Mr. Dinning is Chairman of Western Financial Group Inc. (insurance, investment and banking). From 1997 to 2004, Mr. Dinning was Executive Vice President of TransAlta Corporation. Prior to 1997, Mr. Dinning held several key positions during his 11 years as a member of the Legislative Assembly in Alberta, including Provincial Treasurer from 1992 to 1997. Mr. Dinning is a director of Liquor Stores Income Fund, Russel Metals Inc., Oncolytics Biotech Inc., and Parkland Income Fund. He is Chairman of the Board of Export Development Canada. |

Allan H.T. Crosbie (1)(2)(3)Allan H. T. Crosbie is currently the Chair of Crosbie & Company Inc., a Toronto-based investment bank that he has been an officer and director of since 1989. He has acted in a broad range of investment banking transactions across Canada and internationally. Mr. Crosbie has been a director of a number of public and private companies and not for profit organizations. He is on the Board and a member of the Investment Committee of the National Ballet of Canada Foundation, the Board and Chair of the Investment Committee of the Arthritis & Autoimmune Foundation of the University Health Network, and the Board of The University of Toronto Asset Management Corporation. |

Anthony F. Griffiths (2)Anthony F. Griffiths is currently an independent business consultant and corporate director. From 1985 to 1993 Mr. Griffiths served in several capacities at Mitel Corporation, including Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. From 1993 to present, Mr. Griffiths has been associated with various companies acting as an independent consultant. Mr. Griffiths is Chairman of Novadaq Technologies Inc. and Russel Metals Inc. and a director of AbitibiBowater Inc., Crum & Forster Holdings Corp., Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, Gedex Inc., Jaguar Mining Inc., Northbridge Financial Corporation, Odyssey Re Holdings Corp., PreMD Inc. and Vitran Corporation Inc. |

G. Lawrence Spackman(1) (2)(3)Mr. Spackman is the President of Spackman Enterprises Ltd. Prior to founding Spackman Enterprises Ltd., Mr. Spackman was a Senior Vice President of TransCanada Pipelines Ltd. from 1998 until 2000, President of TransCanada Energy Ltd. from 1998 until 1999, President of TransCanada Power L. P. from 1997 until 1999, and President of Northridge Gas Marketing Inc. from 1992 until 1996. He served on the Natural Gas Advisory Committee of the New York Mercantile Exchange from 1992 until 2000. Mr. Spackman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Calgary. Mr. Spackman has been designated a professional engineer (P.Eng) by APEGGA. |

James V. EspositoMr. Esposito is a Registered Engineering Technologist with 28 years of oil and gas experience in petroleum engineering, project management and senior corporate management. From 1999 to the present, except for the period when he was employed as the Executive VP and COO of Bronco, he has operated a consulting practice which specializes in petroleum resource management and Canadian aboriginal oil and gas. He is the former Vice President of operations of Maxim Energy Trust and Amber Energy Inc., both of which were publicly listed companies. Mr. Esposito graduated with honors from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Petroleum Engineering Technology, and is a member of the Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta, and has served on its Accreditation and Registration Boards. |

Peter J. PelenskyPeter J. Pelensky is a professional petroleum engineer with over 25 years experience in drilling, operations, production and exploitation. He has served in a number of senior roles with Canadian and international companies, including: COO of BrazAlta Resources from 2006 until 2008; VP Operations at Sequoia Oil and Gas Trust from 2005 until 2006; and VP Engineering with Energy North from 1999 until 2005 when it was acquired by Sequoia. Prior thereto, Mr. Pelensky worked internationally as an Operations Manager for Anglo Albanian Petroleum and Ranger Oil. His previous postings also included Manager of Operations and Engineering at ELAN Energy, which was sold to Ranger in 1997. Mr. Pelensky has 8.5 years of heavy oil experience in Western Canada and internationally with Anglo Albanian Petroleum, ELAN Energy (Cactus Lake) and Sceptre (Tangleflags). |
